SUMMARY:Produce Safety Alliance Grower Training for FSMA Compliance
DESCRIPTION:Appalachian Sustainable Development is hosting this training that does satisfy the requirements of the FSMA Produce Safety Rule requirement outlined in §112.22(c) that requires ‘At least one supervisor or responsible party for your farm must have successfully completed food safety training at least equivalent to that received under standardized curriculum recognized as adequate by the Food and Drug Administration.’  Depending on the size of your operation or specific crops you may not be required to meet this requirement. \nPre-registration is required. $90 for KY growers.  Call 276-431-3385 or email awatson@asdevelop.org
